Schaefer Baedertechnik produces pool gratings and overflow gutters for swimming pools for more than 40 years. Our products meet highest requirements, their reliability is proven in numerous exertions. The pool gratings coincide the installation hight from 22 mm to 35 mm, the widths of the gratings may be adjusted up to 500 mm at the technical demands on-site. The pool gratings made of stainless steel or aluminium are produced with an installtion height of 22 mm and a width up to 600 mm. We attach major importance to durability: Our pool gratings made of plastics for wave shapes consist of massively molded bars who are connected by threaded rods of stainless steel to reach greatest possible durability. Our pool gratings for installation in linear overflow gutters are made of massively molded grate units, who are connected by mortise and tenon joint and are equipped with a spacing tongue for compensation of expansion. The corner formation may be mitred or edgeless.
We attach major importance to safety: Because the safety is so important for us, the pool gratings are tested by the Untersuchungs- und Beratungsinstituts für Wand- und Bodenbeläge, Säurefliesner-Vereinigung e.V., Großburgwedel (appraisal and consultancy institute for floor and wall coverings, Säurefliesner consortium Großburgwedel, registered association), resulting in highest evaluation category C concerning the anti-slip property in wet areas which are stressed by barefoot.
